New Resident Resources

Just moved in? Welcome home! Keep reading to help you acclimate to life in your new neighborhood.

Do this right away

Add these to your to-do list after you’ve moved into the neighborhood.

1. Register for your neighborhood hub

Once approved, you can access resident-only content and you'll receive resident-only emails.

2. Set up auto-pay for your assessments

If you're a homeowner, set up auto-pay through the assessment payment portal to ensure you don't miss a payment. There's even an option to pay by credit card, if you'd like.

3. Get your key fob and gate tag.

Visit the clubhouse to get your second complimentary key fob and gate tag.

Then get to know your new community

Homeowner assessments

Part of owning a home in a planned community is paying assessments to preserve and enhance shared spaces, like the Palmetto Club in Four Seasons at Carolina Oaks. Not sure what that means? Read this article for an overview.

Design review

Want to make updates to the exterior of your home (landscape improvements, architectural modifications, etc.)? You’ll need approval before work begins on the project.

Community concern form

Report issues that affect the whole community — like community landscape, compliance and amenity maintenance — through the community concern form. Include a photo if you have one!

Community governance

There’s a nonprofit entity in place whose purpose is to maintain the vision and integrity of your community: the Carolina Oaks Association, or COA for short.

Community standards

Four Seasons at Carolina Oaks has specific community standards on the books to keep your community (and your property value) desirable now and into the future.

Getting through the gate

Everything new residents need to know about gate tags, access codes, and inviting guests.

Connect with others

Resident directory

Use the resident directory — accessible only when logged in — to connect with your new neighbors.

Resident-led clubs

What’s better than connecting with others who share your interests? Your new community has a host of resident-led clubs to fit most interests. It’s a great way to meet your neighbors, too!
